We are in charge of organizing the annual budget meeting in September to plan all expenditures, balancing these expenditures with the LHSA's sources of revenue, and giving students a chance to express their opinions on our planned budget. The FAC also conducts monthly bank reconciliations, budget revisions, to ensure that our finances are well logged and reported. On the administration side of the committee, we are responsible for proposing and drafting amendments to the LHSA's constitution to match the needs of the association, which may change over time. Further we are in charge of the Lister Hall yearbook, giving residents a chance to look back on their time in Lister for years to come.
