About the LHSA

Lister Hall Students' Association

The Lister Hall Students’ Association is the representative body of the residents of Lister Hall. The LHSA strives to improve the lives of those living in Lister through advocacy, programming, and more. We are composed of a team of executives, floor coordinators for each floor of every tower, and a few employees for administrative roles.

Hey there!

My name is Wahab Khadeli and I am the President of the Lister Hall Students’ Association for the 2019/2020 academic year.

I served as the LHSA’s VP Finance last year and really enjoyed making a positive impact on the Lister community. I look forward to another year of improving the Lister experience and enjoying all that comes with living in residence!

I’m always down to chit-chat so if you see me around Lister, feel free to say hello. You’ll get bonus points if you show me a funny meme!

Hey I’m Will! I’m from BC, in my third year of business majoring in finance, and I’m just doing my best to make it through Uni, manage your money, and survive the never-ending winter of this flat, cold place called Alberta.

Hi, I’m Yohan. I come from India. My interests include sports (DODGEBALL!), traveling, watching TV shows and exploring new things. I am very optimistic and hope to keep all Listerites happy. So hit me up if you have any problems or suggestions to make Lister better, or just to have a friendly conversation.

Hi! I’m Omar and the Vice President of Internal Programming for the 2019/2020 school year. To tell you a bit about myself, I am currently studying finance at Alberta School of Business. I spend my free time skateboarding and watching copious amounts of Netflix.

I’m Hayley! I’m a third year student in the faculty of arts for psychology. I am the VP Student Life and am very excited for the year ahead! I am from Calgary (and am a huge Flames fan), and I have a dog named Chelsea. I love to swim and hike and am a very outdoorsy person, I also read a lot. I am an advocate for mental health awareness!

Hi, my name is Simon Kreiser. This is my second year at the University of Alberta, where I am
currently studying mechanical engineering. Last year I lived on 9 Henday and I loved the tower
and culture so much that I came back as VP Henday in an attempt to give first years the same
experience that I received. SKULK IS COMING

Hey guys, I’m Zach. I’m VP Kelsey. I’m currently pursuing a bachelor of science (I’m currently in my third year). I love board games, all sports, and watching funny videos. Last year I was an FC, I lived on main K for two years. So um Bye Felicia!

Ah, another year in lister. Last year I was an FC then halfway through I tried being an RA and now I’m back and ready for round three. My life mostly consists of school and going to the gym. One piece of advice that I can give you for the year is that you should join dodgeball. Valhalla’s coming.

My name is Will, and I will be acting as the VP of Chalifoux Hall for the 19/20 academic year. I am in my second year of pharmacology and hope to pursue a career in health care after my time at university. I grew up in Okotoks, Alberta.
